  • Two nightmares last night / this morning:

Went to bed at about 10-11pm last night and I had this dream about losing someone that i play with ingame, Fiesta. No, not you, Lyric. I know I won't see you again, so I'm over it. But someone else that I've been playing with for months now. Anyway, I was devastated, crying and screaming a lot. (incidentally, i did find myself crying irl) I imagine that this came from the announcement that this person was taking a week - month long break from the game. Well, I was so distraught that I found I was having difficulties breathing. Like each breath was associated with a certain feeling of tightness in my chest. Then a rumbling in my ears, much like a car engine. I slowly wake up, open my eyes, look at my alarm clock: 2:04am. Took a deep breath -- couldn't. Trixie was on my back! >_<' Purring away! zomg, this cat wants to kill me with her 3-4lb weight! Ok, after turning over and her running away, I can't go to sleep! So I go ingame, get a little grind/questing done. Then 4:15am, try going to sleep.

    Next dream:

Ok. Then 2nd dream involves me lying down and rolling over on to my kitty. (this also happened irl) being worried that i hurt her, i rush to see where she ran off to. i check under the sofa and there i see my grandmother on the floor. i run around the sofa and try to wake my grandmother. but she wouldn't wake up! i scream and cry and yet still she wouldn't wake up. irl life i wake up crying and an hour late for work >_<!

i must have some serious abandonment issues. -_-'

  • Ya'know, when you're having dreams/nightmares about a videogame, maybe it's time to take a break. Maybe you can try something different, like play another videogame. And speaking of another videogame, did you get Guitar Hero 2??

    =^^=

  • hmm... so far i am on break. i'm catching up on bleach and naruto episodes. watching hellsing and perhaps going to start watching some horror movies i haven't gotten around to. but i do drop into game once and while to see if anyone i usually party with is in game.

  • you got some weird dreams.

Did you dream about any hott Girls also?

  • i dream... ur car gets stolen again! BOYS!! GET'EM!!

  • Perhaps Trixie just wanted revenge for you rolling over her in your sleep.

As for the dead grandmother, perhaps it was concocted from the residual "theme" of your first dream/nightmare; revolving around someone you care about, leaving you.

    =^^=

  • yea, i thought the same thing.

  • Whick kinda' reminds me. I'm wondering about whether or not I should catch up with Naruto... Is it me or do most Anime have a tendency of starting out strong, yet losing their momentum if they become popular? I mean, back in the days, I was blown away by Dragon Ball. But within a few seasons, it had boiled down to "Meet a powerful villain, attain an incrementally more powerful Super Saiyan "form". (i.e. SS1, SS2, SS3, etc.) Then there was Sailor Moon, which, from season two introduced the quest to attain incrementally more powerful items.

Cowboy Bebop, Trigun and even FMA (along with most Hong Kong comedies I've seen lately) start off as light hearted comedies that suddenly take a sharp 90 degree right turn and become serious dramas; something I'm not too fond of following. If I want drama, I'll buy drama DAMMIT!

So... is Naruto worth following as a series? My collection more or less ends with what's-her-name becoming the head of the village. Would you recommend buying DVD #11 through DVD #20?

    =^^=
